We’re excited to announce the release of SGRwin 8.14.0, the latest step in our journey to deliver smarter, faster and more secure network management.
This release strengthens our commitment to innovation and customer-driven development. Packed with new features, SGRwin 8.14.0 simplifies operations, enhances performance, and provides deeper insights into your critical networks.
Here’s what’s new:
The Task Scheduler now lets you automatically retrieve internal links and MPLS-TP configuration data from your devices. This reduces manual work, ensures always up-to-date visibility, and makes audits far more efficient.
Language settings are no longer locked during installation. With the new system-wide language selector, you can easily switch the interface language at any time—ensuring a consistent user experience across teams.
During MPLS-TP circuit creation, a new log button instantly shows device responses when errors occur. Operators can resolve issues faster and with greater precision.
New filters and a redesigned dynamic port view improve daily operations, making monitoring profiles more powerful and intuitive.
Fault monitoring gets smarter: trap learning now supports vendor-specific devices. The updated Rules Wizard lets you customize traps, icons, and descriptions—giving you flexible alarm management and fewer duplicates.
The hierarchical cluster view now displays model names directly in each node, simplifying diagnostics.
Run ICMP ping and SNMP reachability checks across selected devices, then export results as a detailed PDF report by device, site, or area. This provides clear visibility of network health in just one click.
Turn data into actionable intelligence. With custom KPIs, interactive dashboards, and real-time analytics—plus integration with external sources—you can anticipate issues, optimize CAPEX/OPEX, and make smarter business decisions.
We’ve upgraded Apache Tomcat to 9.0.105 and Neo4j to 5.26.0. These updates address vulnerabilities, boost resilience, and improve long-term performance and stability.
Alarm Reception 2.0 now supports Kafka running on a Linux server via Docker (RHEL 9.5). This provides a more scalable and containerized event pipeline, giving operators stronger reliability and flexibility.
When a CoMa device changes synchronization status, SGRwin automatically collects statistics in the background, no manual action required.
